Every bus in our fleet has powerful climate control (heat/AC), reclining seats with seat belts, overhead storage racks and undercarriage luggage bays (except sprinters/party buses, which use rear cargo). Most minibuses and all charter buses include free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports at each row, 110V outlets, PA system and at least one flat-screen TV with DVD player. Full-size coaches add onboard restroom, individual reading lights, tray tables and footrests. Charter buses can load/unload passengers at most hotels, schools, churches and event venues in town, including designated zones at Alerus Center, UND Athletics Complex, downtown near Town Square and major shopping centers. For pickups on residential streets, please choose a location with enough space for a large vehicle to pull over without blocking traffic—an intersection with side street or empty lot works best. Parking for idle buses during multi-hour events should be arranged in advance; options include oversized vehicle lots at venues, public parking near the riverfront or a remote staging area provided by the organizer. Overnight parking is available at many hotels if booking rooms for driver(s); otherwise, we will return to base between service days.

Your quote covers exclusive use of the bus for the duration of your trip, all mileage and tolls, fuel, basic amenities (Wi-Fi, restroom, A/V) and support from our dispatch team. It does NOT include parking fees at venues, admission tickets for driver to enter secured areas, or optional gratuity. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip—such as paying for driver’s hotel room on overnight charters—are the responsibility of the customer and should be planned/budgeted ahead of time. Changes to itinerary after booking (extra stops, extended hours) may result in added charges, which will be communicated clearly before final billing.

Choose a bus with enough seats for every passenger plus a little extra room for comfort—especially on longer trips. For short local rides (10–20 minutes), it’s okay to fill most seats; for journeys over an hour, consider booking a larger coach so people can spread out. Think about how much luggage/storage space you’ll need: sports teams with equipment bags, musicians with instruments or campers with coolers may require underfloor bays rather than just overhead racks. If anyone in your group uses a wheelchair or walker, request an ADA-accessible vehicle. Other factors include desire for onboard restroom (recommended for groups over 30 traveling more than 90 minutes without stopping), need for power outlets/screens, and preference for premium features like leather seats or extra legroom.
